We offer retail and dining space at The Shoppes at Mandalay Place, a 100,000-square-foot center at 3950 Las Vegas Boulevard South. The property connects Mandalay Bay and Luxor through a 310-foot sky bridge, giving prospective tenants a location along the pedestrian route between two major Strip resorts. Our leasing team is working with brands interested in retail, food and beverage, services and experience-oriented concepts.

Current opportunities total approximately 26,689 square feet across four configurations. Suites 124 and 125 are offered together at approximately 13,670 square feet. Suite 134 provides approximately 8,625 square feet and was previously used as a restaurant. Smaller options include Suite 112, a former salon of approximately 3,032 square feet, and Suite 109B at approximately 1,362 square feet.
